A bicycle having a cruise control system and various components designed to prevent
discomfort and fatigue are disclosed. The cruise control bicycle preferably includes
a flexion handlebar, a parallel brake lever, a removable bicycle backrest, and
an adjustable sun protector that attaches to the backrest.
