Assessment is standardized by linking project objectives to normalized
assessment outcomes using a common set of keywords. Specifically,
assessment methodologies are captured as text and codes, and assessment
observations are captured as text and rankings. The rankings are
normalized and assessment reports are generated from the normalized
rankings and codes. Educational assessment and/or project assessment may
thereby be standardized.
