The present invention is directed to the use of single agents, which are
compounds that target two or more kinases simultaneously, thus
substantially avoiding resistance to therapy. The invention provides
methods for the use for, administration to, and treatment of individuals
having a variety of diseases or conditions associated with the activity
of two or more kinases, comprising administration of one or more single
agents, either alone or in combination with other therapies for the same
disease or condition.
