A system and method is described for communicating with a communication device.
An uplink connection uniquely associated with the communication device and uniquely
associated with an uplink-session identifier is established. The uplink connection
is a wireless connection. A downlink connection uniquely associated with the communication
device and uniquely associated with a downlink-session identifier is established.
The downlink connection is a wireless connection. A message from the communication
device is received over the uplink connection within a time period. A message is
sent to the communication device over the downlink connection within the time period.
