an outlet, a first chamber arranged between the inlet and the outlet, a
second chamber arranged between the inlet and the outlet, a switching
valve for selective connection to the first chamber or the second chamber
for forming a flow path between the inlet and the outlet, and a controller
for controlling the switching valve.
