This invention relates to the (R)-isomers of compounds which are generally
muscarinic receptor antagonists and which are represented by Formula I:

wherein p, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and A are as defined in the
specification, or individual isomers, racemic or non-racemic mixtures of
isomers, or acceptable salts or solvates thereof. The invention further
relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and
methods for their use and preparation as therapeutic drugs.
Deze uitvinding heeft op de (R)-isomeren van samenstellingen betrekking die over het algemeen muscarinic receptorantagonisten zijn en die door Formule I worden vertegenwoordigd: ## STR1 ## waarin p, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 en A zoals die in de specificatie, of individuele isomeren, racemische of niet racemische mengsels van isomeren, of aanvaardbare zouten daarvan wordt bepaald of solvates zijn. De uitvinding heeft verder op farmaceutische samenstellingen dergelijke samenstellingen en methodes voor hun gebruik bevatten en voorbereiding die betrekking zoals therapeutische drugs.
