R.sub.1 represents O, S or NH;
R.sub.2 represents --C(.dbd.O)-aryl or --C(.dbd.O)-heteroaryl;
R.sub.3 represents hydrogen, methyl (which may be in either the .alpha. or
.beta. configuration) or methylene;
R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen
or halogen; and 2
represents a single or a double bond;
and salts and solvates thereof;
process for preparing them, compositions containing them and their use in
therapy.
Es gibt zur Verfügung gestellte Mittel von Formel (i) 1, worin R.sub.1 O, S oder NH darstellt; R.sub.2 stellt -- C(.dbd.O)-aryl oder -- C(.dbd.O)-heteroaryl dar; R.sub.3 stellt Wasserstoff, Methyl dar (das in jedem das alpha sein kann. oder beta. Konfiguration) oder Methylen; R.sub.4 und R.sub.5 sind dieselben, oder unterschiedlich und jedes stellt Wasserstoff oder Halogen dar; und 2 stellt eine einzelne oder Doppelbindung dar; und Salze und solvates davon; Prozeß für das Vorbereiten sie, Aufbau sie und ihren Gebrauch in der Therapie enthalten.
