An inspection apparatus is provided capable of adequately positioning an
inspection chip to a conductive pattern as an inspection object. For
connecting an electrode pad 1b of an inspection chip 1 with a lead 2a of a
package 2, bump electrodes 3 and 4 are first provided at the inspection
chip and at the package, respectively. Then, an anisotropic conductor 5 is
provided to cover between the bump electrodes 3 and 4, and a conductor
film 6 is provided on the anisotropic conductor 5 to extend between the
bump electrodes 3 and 4. The anisotropic conductor 5 is thermo-compression
bonded to provide an electrical connection between the conductor film 6
and the bump electrodes 3 and 4. This structure may provide a desirable
surface of the inspection chip 1 having a sufficiently reduced thickness.
Ein Kontrolle Apparat ist zu einen Kontrolle Span zu einem Leiterbild als Kontrolle Gegenstand ausreichend in Position bringen zur Verfügung gestelltes fähiges. Für das Anschließen einer Elektrode Auflage 1b eines Kontrolle Spanes 1 mit einer Leitung 2a eines Pakets 2, werden Stoßelektroden 3 und 4 zuerst am Kontrolle Span und am Paket, beziehungsweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Dann wird ein anisotroper Leiter 5 zur Abdeckung zwischen den Stoßelektroden 3 und 4 zur Verfügung gestellt, und ein Leiterfilm 6 wird auf dem anisotropen Leiter 5 zur Verfügung gestellt, um zwischen den Stoßelektroden 3 und 4 zu verlängern. Der anisotrope Leiter 5 ist die Thermokompression, die abgebunden wird, um einen elektrischen Anschluß zwischen dem Leiterfilm 6 und den Stoßelektroden 3 und 4 zur Verfügung zu stellen. Diese Struktur kann eine wünschenswerte Oberfläche des Kontrolle Spanes 1 zur Verfügung stellen, der eine genug verringerte Stärke hat.
