Synthetic processes are provided wherein oligomers are prepared using
phosphoramidite compositions. Oligomers having phosphodiester,
phosphorothioate, phosphorodithioate covalent linkages are prepared that
can include other covalent linkages. Also provided are compositions useful
in such processes.
