The present invention is to provide an aliphatic nitrogen-containing
5-membered ring compound represented by the formula [I]:

wherein
A represents --CH.sub.2 -- or --S--,
R.sup.1 represents hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a hydroxy lower
alkyl group or a lower alkoxy lower alkyl group,
X represents --N(R.sup.3)--, --O-- or --CO--, where R.sup.3 represents
hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and
R.sup.2 represents (1) a cyclic group which may be substituted, or (2) an
amino group which may be substituted,
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method for preparing the
above-mentioned compound and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the
above-mentioned compound as an effective ingredient.
Die anwesende Erfindung soll eine aliphatische nitrogenhaltige 5-membered Ringverbindung zur Verfügung stellen, die durch die Formel [ I ] dargestellt wird: ## STR1 ## worin A stellt -- CH.sub.2 dar -- oder --S --. R.sup.1 stellt Wasserstoffatom, eine unterere Alkylgruppe, eine Hydroxyl- unterere Alkylgruppe oder eine unterere alkoxy unterere Alkylgruppe dar, stellt X dar -- N(R.sup.3) --O --. -- oder --CO --., wo R.sup.3 Wasserstoffatom oder eine unterere Alkylgruppe darstellt und R.sup.2 stellt (1) ein zyklische Gruppe dar, die ersetzt werden kann, oder (2) eine Aminogruppe, die ersetzt werden kann oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon, eine Methode für das Vorbereiten des obenerwähnten zusammengesetzten und pharmazeutischen Aufbaus, der das obenerwähnte Mittel als wirkungsvoller Bestandteil enthält.
