A vibrator comprises a vibrating member and a fixing member. The vibrating
member has a pair of support members, a movable plate capable of vibrating
with respect to the support members, and a pair of elastic members
connecting the support members to the movable plate. The fixing member
holds the support members of the vibrating member. A material mainly
constituting the fixing member has a larger coefficient of thermal
expansion than that of a material mainly constituting the elastic members
of the vibrating member.
Um vibrador compreende um membro vibrar e um membro reparando. O membro vibrar tem um par de membros da sustentação, de uma placa móvel capaz de vibrar com respeito aos membros da sustentação, e de um par dos membros elásticos que conectam os membros da sustentação à placa móvel. O membro reparando prende os membros da sustentação do membro vibrar. Um material que constitui principalmente o membro reparando tem um coeficiente maior da expansão térmica do que aquele de um material que constitui principalmente os membros elásticos do membro vibrar.
