This invention relates to a novel class of peptides having the Formula (I):

which are useful as serine protease inhibitors, and more particularly as
Hepatitis C virus(HCV) NS3 protease inhibitors. This invention also
relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and
methods of using the same in the treatment of HCV infection.
