The invention relates to a capsule for the preparation of a beverage
obtained by supplying hot water within the capsule under pressure and
releasing the beverage from the capsule; said capsule comprising a food
substance therein, a first surface adapted to be traversed by a flow of
water entering the capsule, a second surface adapted to be traversed by a
flow of beverage exiting the capsule, wherein the second surface is
adapted to deform outwardly upon action of the inside water pressure
thereon and wherein said surface comprises at least one opening member
capable of deforming inwards the capsule upon a mechanical reaction force
applied from outside onto the closure member as a result of the
deformation of said second surface due to the build-up of the inside
pressure.
A invenção relaciona-se a uma cápsula para a preparação de uma bebida obtida fornecendo a água quente dentro da cápsula sob a pressão e liberando a bebida da cápsula; a cápsula dita que compreende uma substância do alimento nisso, uma primeira superfície adaptou-se para ser atravessada por um fluxo da água que entra na cápsula, uma segunda superfície adaptada para ser atravessado por um fluxo da bebida que retira a cápsula, wherein a segunda superfície é adaptada para se deformar externa thereon em cima da ação da pressão interna da água e wherein a superfície dita compreende ao menos um membro abrindo capaz de deformar para dentro a cápsula em cima de uma força mecânica da reação aplicada da parte externa no membro do fechamento em conseqüência da deformação de segunda superfície dita devido ao acúmulo da pressão interna.
