The present invention concerns a new general process for asymetric
hemisynthesis of harringtonines and their analogs, that are alcaloids used
in chimiotherapy. This process comprises direct esterification of a
natural cephalotaxine with an acylating compound constituted of a side
chain precursor which backbone and fonctionalization are entirely
preformed.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau processus général pour le hemisynthesis asymetric des harringtonines et leurs analogues, celui sont des alcaloïdes utilisées dans chimiotherapy. Ce processus comporte l'estérification directe d'un cephalotaxine normal avec un composé acylating constitué d'un précurseur de chaîne latérale que l'épine dorsale et le fonctionalization sont entièrement préformé.
