A stabilized power supply unit having a current limiting function,
comprising a detection transistor impressed with the same control voltage
as the output transistor of the power supply unit, adapted to output a
detection current which is exactly proportional to the output current,
irrespective of the magnitude of the output current. The current detection
transistor is controlled by the control voltage controlling the output
transistor. A voltage correction unit is provided to control the voltage
of the output end of the current detection transistor, equalizing the
voltage with the output voltage. This arrangement provides a detection
current exactly proportional to the output current.
Eine stabilisierte Spg.Versorgungsteilmaßeinheit, die eine gegenwärtige Begrenzungsfunktion, einen Abfragung Transistor enthalten beeindruckt wurde mit der gleichen Steuerspannung wie der Ausgang Transistor der Spg.Versorgungsteilmaßeinheit hat, paßte an sich, um einen Abfragung Strom, der genau zum Ausgangsstrom proportional ist, ungeachtet der Größe des Ausgangsstroms auszugeben. Der gegenwärtige Abfragung Transistor wird durch die Steuerspannung gesteuert, die den Ausgang Transistor steuert. Eine Spannung Korrekturmaßeinheit wird zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Spannung des Ausgang Endes des gegenwärtigen Abfragung Transistors zu steuern und gleicht die Spannung mit der Ausgang Spannung aus. Diese Anordnung liefert einen Abfragung Strom genau, der zum Ausgangsstrom proportional ist.
