The present invention relates to novel compounds of the formula I

in which R(1), R(2), R(3) and R(4) are, independently of each other,
hydrogen or an alkyl radical. The compounds of the formula I are
inhibitors of KDR kinase and, due to their antiangiogenic effect, are
suitable for preventing and/or treating malignant diseases. The compounds
of the formula I can be obtained by fermenting the microorganism Eurotium
echinulatum Delacroix (DSM 13872) or by chemically derivatizing the
compounds which are obtained after fermenting said microorganism. The
invention consequently also relates to a process for preparing the
compounds of the formula I, to the use of the compounds of the formula I
for preparing a pharmaceutical for treating malignant diseases and
diseases which can be treated by inhibiting KDR kinase, and also to
pharmaceutical preparations which have a content of at least one compound
of the formula I.
La actual invención se relaciona con los compuestos de la novela del ## del ## STR1 del fórmula I en el cual R(1), R(2), R(3) y R(4) es, independientemente de uno a, de hidrógeno o de un radical del alkyl. Los compuestos del fórmula I son inhibidores del kinase de KDR y, debido a su efecto antiangiogenic, son convenientes para las enfermedades malas de prevención y/o que tratan. Los compuestos del fórmula puedo ser obtenido fermentando el echinulatum Delacroix (DSM 13872) de Eurotium del microorganismo o químicamente derivatizando los compuestos que se obtienen después de fermentar el microorganismo dicho. La invención por lo tanto también se relaciona con un proceso para preparar los compuestos del fórmula I, con el uso de los compuestos del fórmula I para preparar un farmacéutico para las enfermedades malas que tratan y las enfermedades que pueden ser tratadas inhibiendo el kinase de KDR, y también con las preparaciones farmacéuticas que tienen un contenido por lo menos de un compuesto del fórmula I.
