The present invention relates to the co-pyrolysis of fluoroform and
chlorodifluoromethane to form a mixture of useful fluoroolefin and
saturated HFCs, notably, tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene and
CF.sub.3 CHF.sub.2 and CF.sub.3 CHFCF.sub.3, respectively.
