The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode (OLED)
device, comprising an anode disposed on a substrate, an organic EL layer
disposed on the anode and a cathode disposed on the organic EL layer. The
material of the organic EL layer comprises a compound modified from
coumarin compounds, as denoted in a following formula (1):
