A chromatography material for separation of nucleic acid mixtures, having a
carrier and ion exchanger functions applied to it is described, whereby
the carrier comprises a fibrous material. In addition, a method that is
performed with the chromatography material according to this invention is
also described.
Un material de la cromatografía para la separación de las mezclas del ácido nucleic, teniendo funciones del cambiador de un portador y del ion aplicadas a él se describe, por el que el portador abarque un material fibroso.
