Disclosed is a process for making a flexible magnet with an induced
anisotropy, and in particular to a process for making a flexible
anisotropic magnet by thermal spraying in the presence of an applied
magnetic field. The method may be used to fabricate a substrate having a
flexible anisotropic magnetic coating or a free standing anisotropic
flexible magnet.
