The present invention provides, by adding an ultraviolet absorbent and a
colorant having a specific chemical structure, a plastic base material
capable of effectively suppressing the transmission of ultraviolet
radiation and short wavelength visible radiation known harmful to eyes,
which material further reduces glares.
