An organometallic composition is described which comprises a complex of at
least one orthoester of a metal having a formula M(ROAcAc).sub.x
(OR').sub.y in which M is selected from the group consisting of titanium,
zirconium and hafnium; ROAcAc denotes an ester of an alochol ROH, in which
R comprises an (optionally substituted) C.sub.1-30 cyclic, branched or
linear, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or alkyl-aryl group or a mixture thereof,
with acetoacetic acid; OR' is the residue of an alcohol R'OH in which R'
comprises an (optionally substituted) C.sub.7-30 cyclic, branched or
linear, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or alkyl-aryl group or a mixture thereof, and
x and y are each in the range 1-3. The composition is useful as a curing
agent for polyurethanes used in various applications.
Se describe una composición organometallic que abarca un complejo por lo menos de un orthoester de un metal que tiene un fórmula M(ROAcAc).sub.x (OR').sub.y en el cual M se selecciona del titanio, del circonio y del hafnium que consisten en del grupo; ROAcAc denota un éster de un alochol ROH, en el cual R abarca un C.sub.1-30 (opcionalmente substituido) cíclico, ramificó o grupo linear, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl o del alkyl-alkyl-aryl o una mezcla de eso, con el ácido acetoacetic; O ' es el residuo de un alcohol R'OH en el cual R ' abarque un grupo cíclico, ramificada o linear, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl o del alkyl-alkyl-aryl (opcionalmente substituido) de C.sub.7-30 o una mezcla de eso, y x y y están cada uno en la gama 1-3. La composición es útil como agente que cura para los poliuretanos usados en varios usos.
