The invention concerns a method for preparing p-hydroxymandelic compounds
optionally substituted and their derivatives. More particularly, it
concerns a method for preparing p-hydroxymandelic acid and methoxy-3
p-hydroxymandelic acid and their derivatives. The invention concerns a
method for preparing p-hydroxymandelic compounds optionally substituted
and their derivatives, which consists in condensing in water, in the
presence of an alkaline agent, an aromatic compound bearing at least a
hydroxyl group and whereof the position in para is free, with glyoxylic
acid, said method being characterised in that the reaction is carried out
in the presence of an efficient amount of a compound bearing at least two
carboxylic functions.
Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια μέθοδο για τις π- hydroxymandelic ενώσεις αντικατασταθείσες προαιρετικά και τα παράγωγά τους. Ειδικότερα, αφορά μια μέθοδο για το π- hydroxymandelic οξύ και μετχοξυ-3 π- hydroxymandelic όξινο και τα παράγωγά τους. Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια μέθοδο για τις π- hydroxymandelic ενώσεις αντικατασταθείσες προαιρετικά και τα παράγωγά τους, η οποία συνίσταται στη συμπύκνωση στο ύδωρ, παρουσία ενός αλκαλικού πράκτορα, μιας αρωματικής ένωσης που αντέχει τουλάχιστον μια ομάδα υδροξυλίου και χωρίς την οποία η θέση στην παράγραφο είναι, με την glyoxylic όξινη, εν λόγω μέθοδο που χαρακτηρίζεται δεδομένου ότι η αντίδραση πραγματοποιείται παρουσία ενός αποδοτικού ποσού μιας ένωσης που αντέχει τουλάχιστον δύο καρβοξυλικές λειτουργίες.
