This invention provides a compound of the formula (I):

or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein Y.sup.1, Y.sup.2,
Y.sup.3 and Y.sup.4 are independently selected from N, CH, etc.; R.sup.1
is H, C.sub.1-8 alkyl, etc.; Q.sup.1 is a 5-12 membered monocyclic or
bicyclic aromatic ring optionally containing up to 4 heteroatoms selected
from O, N, and S, etc.; A is 5-6 membered monocyclic aromatic ring
optionally containing up to 3 heteroatoms selected form O, N and S, etc.;
B is C.sub.1-6 alkylene optionally substituted with an oxo group, etc.; W
is NH, O, etc.; R.sup.2 is H, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, etc.; Z is a 5-12 membered
monocyclic or bicyclic aromatic ring optionally containing up to 3
heteroatoms selected form O, N and S, etc.; L is halo, C.sub.1-4 alkyl,
etc.; m is 0, 1 or 2; R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are independently selected from
H and C.sub.1-4 alkyl; R.sup.5 is H, C.sub.1-4 alkyl; etc.; Q.sup.2 is a
5-12 membered monocyclic or bicyclic aromatic ring or tricyclic ring
optionally containing up to 3 heteroatoms selected from O, N and S, etc.
These compounds are useful for the treatment of medical conditions
mediated by prostaglamndin such as pain, fever or inflammation, etc. This
invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the above
compound.
Questa invenzione fornisce un residuo della formula (i): ## del ## STR1 o i sali farmaceuticamente accettabili di ciò, in cui Y.sup.1, Y.sup.2, Y.sup.3 e Y.sup.4 sono scelti indipendentemente da N, dal CH, ecc.; R.sup.1 è alchile H, C.sub.1-8, ecc.; Q.sup.1 è un 5-12 membered l'anello aromatico monociclico o biciclico facoltativamente che contiene fino a 4 heteroatoms scelti dalla O, N e S, ecc.; A è 5-6 membered l'anello aromatico monociclico facoltativamente che contiene fino a la forma selezionata 3 heteroatoms O, N e S, ecc.; La B è alchilene C.sub.1-6 facoltativamente sostituito con un osso gruppo, ecc.; Il W è il NH, O, ecc.; R.sup.2 è alchile H, C.sub.1-4, ecc.; La Z è un 5-12 membered monociclico o l'anello aromatico biciclico facoltativamente che contiene fino a 3 heteroatoms ha selezionato la forma O, N e S, ecc.; La L è guidacarta, alchile C.sub.1-4, ecc.; la m. è 0, 1 o 2; R.sup.3 e R.sup.4 sono scelti indipendentemente da alchile H e C.sub.1-4; R.sup.5 è H, alchile C.sub.1-4; ecc.; Q.sup.2 è un 5-12 membered l'anello aromatico monociclico o biciclico o l'anello triciclico facoltativamente che contiene fino a 3 heteroatoms scelti dalla O, N e S, ecc. Questi residui sono utili per il trattamento delle circostanze mediche mediate da prostaglamndin quali dolore, febbre o infiammazione, ecc. Questa invenzione inoltre fornisce una composizione farmaceutica che contiene il suddetto residuo.
