The present invention relates to novel isothiazole derivatives of the
formula

wherein A represents a group selected from

in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, and R.sup.5 have the meanings
given in the specification, to processes for the preparation of the novel
compounds, and to their use as microbicides.
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft op nieuwe isothiazolederivaten betrekking van de formule ## STR1 ## waarin A een groep vertegenwoordigt die uit ## STR2 ## geselecteerd wordt waarin R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, en R.sup.5 de betekenissen hebben die in de specificatie, aan processen voor de voorbereiding van de nieuwe samenstellingen, en aan hun gebruik worden gegeven als microbicides.
