The present invention provides a compound represented by the formula:

wherein R represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group optionally having
substituents, an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having
substituents, a heterocyclic group optionally having substituents, a group
represented by the formula: OR.sup.1 (wherein R.sup.1 represents a
hydrogen atom or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group optionally having
substituents) or a group represented by the formula:

wherein R.sup.1b represents a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic hydrocarbon
group optionally having substituents, R.sup.1c is, same with or different
from R.sup.1b, a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group
optionally having substituents, R.sup.0 represents a hydrogen atom or an
aliphatic hydrocarbon group, or R and R.sup.0 represents a bond with each
other, Ar represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having
substituents,

and n is an integer of 1 to 4, or a salt thereof, which is a agent for
preventing or treating diseases such as cardiac disease, autoimmune
disease, septick shock, etc.
La presente invenzione fornisce un residuo rappresentato dalla formula: ## del ## STR1 in cui la R rappresenta un gruppo alifatico dell'idrocarburo facoltativamente che ha sostituenti, un gruppo dell'idrocarburo aromatico facoltativamente che ha sostituenti, un gruppo eterociclico facoltativamente che ha sostituenti, un gruppo ha rappresentato dalla formula: OR.sup.1 (in cui R.sup.1 rappresenta un atomo dell'idrogeno o un gruppo alifatico dell'idrocarburo facoltativamente che ha sostituenti) o un gruppo ha rappresentato dalla formula: ## del ## STR2 in cui R.sup.1b rappresenta un atomo dell'idrogeno o un gruppo alifatico dell'idrocarburo facoltativamente che ha sostituenti, R.sup.1c è, stessi con o differente da R.sup.1b, un atomo dell'idrogeno o un gruppo alifatico dell'idrocarburo facoltativamente che ha sostituenti, R.sup.0 rappresenta un atomo dell'idrogeno o un gruppo alifatico dell'idrocarburo, o la R e R.sup.0 rappresenta un legame con a vicenda, Ar rappresenta un gruppo dell'idrocarburo aromatico facoltativamente che ha sostituenti, il ## del ## STR3 e la n è un numero intero di 1 - 4, o un sale di ciò, che è un agente per le malattie evitanti o trattanti quali la malattia cardiaca, la malattia autoimmune, la scossa del septick, ecc.
