The present invention relates to a mixture of a starch and at least one other excipient for tabletting wherein the starch is free-flowing compressible processed starch powder suitable for use both as a binder and as a disintegrant in tablets. The free-flowing starch powder improves the characteristics and the properties of the tablets when mixed with one or more different excipients. The present invention also discloses a method for obtaining tablets comprising the free-flowing compressible processed starch together with at least one excipient and the tablets obtained by such a method.

La présente invention concerne un mélange d'un amidon et au moins d'un autre excipient pour marquer sur tablette où l'amidon est poudre traitée compressible coulant librement d'amidon appropriée pour l'usage comme reliure et comme désintégrant dans des comprimés. La poudre coulant librement d'amidon améliore les caractéristiques et les propriétés des comprimés une fois mélangée à un ou plusieurs différents excipients. La présente invention révèle également une méthode pour obtenir des comprimés comportant l'amidon traité compressible coulant librement ainsi qu'au moins un excipient et les comprimés obtenus par une telle méthode.
