The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein X, R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are as described herein. ##STR00001## The invention also includes preparative methods for the preparation of compounds of formula (I). A method for the therapeutic use of the inventive compounds is also disclosed and claimed.
