A first informational computer screen display is provided for displaying information obtained from the database about one or more real properties. Navigation by a single user selection is allowed from the first display to any one of at least two additional computer screen displays, including a display including information about closed realty deals facilitated by the computer system and on the first street, and a display including information about closed realty deals facilitated by the computer system and relating to the first property.
