Buildings can be identified within a stated distance and direction from the location of an event. Additionally, an estimated number of employees and contract resources can be determined. A stand-alone computing device can be used to derive the information if AC power or network activity is lost. The stand-alone computing device provides a self-contained platform for determining assets of an entity.
