A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named `Kiamuna`, characterized by its compact, upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy growth habit; vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; and numerous red and light red purple bi-colored flowers that are positioned above and beyond the foliage.
