The invention relates to an anti-inflammatory, wound-healing glass powder,
whereby the glass of the glass powder comprises the following components:
20-80 wt. % SiO.sub.2, 0-40 wt. % Na.sub.2O, 0-40 wt. % K.sub.2O, 0-40
wt. % Li.sub.2O, 0-40 wt. % Ca.sub.O, 0-40 wt. % MgO, 0-40 wt. %
Al.sub.2O.sub.3, 0-1 wt. % P.sub.2O.sub.5, 0-40 wt. % B.sub.2O.sub.3 and
0-10 wt. % ZnO.
