The present invention relates to compounds of Formula I: ##STR00001## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the R.sup.1, Z, Y, R.sup.A, and W groups of formula I are as defined herein. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of various disorders.
