The organic EL display comprises a first substrate having a thin transistor formed thereon, and a second substrate having an organic EL element formed thereon. The organic EL display further comprises at least two partition walls formed in a non-light emitting region of the second substrate, an insulation layer formed to cover a portion of each partition wall, and a second electrode, which is formed on the partition walls, and electrically connected to the thin transistor of the first substrate.
