A guide is provided on the container, in which the locking element is guided in such a manner that it can be transferred, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the container, from a first open position in which the dispensing element is released, into a second locking position, in which it surrounds the dispensing element at least in part, to fix it in place on the at least one outlet tap.
