In a bearing washer group including a plurality of bearing washers for the thrust bearing, when camber/waviness of each bearing washer constituting the bearing washer group that is randomly extracted is measured, a value obtained by adding a value three times as large as standard deviation of camber/waviness to an average value thereof is at most 40 .mu.m.
