An organoluminescent compound. The compound has formula (I) ##STR00001## wherein X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 independently represent C.sub.10-25 aryl, heteroaryl, stilbenyl, silylaryl, or arylsilyl; n represents an integer of 0 to 2; L represents aryl or heteroaryl; and A.sub.1, A.sub.2, and A.sub.3 independently represent aryl or heteroaryl. The invention also provides an organic light-emitting diode and a display utilizing the organoluminescent compound.
