The first base station includes a designator for determining a first resources for using the first base station and a second resources for using other base station in the predetermined radio resources, and a first transmitter for transmitting a first data by the use of the first resources to the mobile station and designation information determined on the bases of the second resources. The second base station includes a receiver for receiving the designation information from the first base station, and a second transmitter for transmitting a second data by the use of the second radio resources to the mobile station.
