A new and distinct cultivar of Achillea plant named `Saucy Seduction`, characterized by its upright and mounding plant habit; strong and vigorous growth habit; freely flowering habit with plants remaining in flower for a long period time; inflorescences with light red purple-colored ray florets; and good garden performance.
