The electrode assembly includes first and second electrode plates, a separator interposed between the first and second electrode plates; and a super-capacitor. Each plate has an electrode charge collector, an activation material layer formed on at least one surface of the electrode charge collector, and an electrode tap attached to the electrode charge collector.
