The table assembly may include a headrest fastener, a tray, a footrest, and a leveler bar, each attached to a table housing. The table housing and tray may be adjusted vertically and the tray and footrest may be adjusted horizontally. The leveler bar may be rotated to position the tray and footrest in a horizontal alignment.
