Disclosed are compounds and derivatives thereof their synthesis, and their
use as Rho-kinase inhibitors. These compounds of the present invention
are useful for inhibiting tumor growth, treating erectile dysfunction,
and treating other indications mediated by Rho-kinase, e.g., coronary
heart disease.
