Compounds of Formula 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: ##STR00001## wherein X, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, n, m, and p are as defined in the specification as well as salts and pharmaceutical compositions including the compounds are prepared. They are useful in therapy, in particular in the management of pain.
