A process for the extraction of Vitis vinifera seeds which comprises: a) extraction of grape seeds with a solvent (total extract); b) removal of water-insoluble tannins; c) optional removal of water-soluble tannins; d separation of the products with different MW, through chromatographic purification on a column.
