A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named `Sunbelkupichi`, characterized by its trailing plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching and flowering plant habit; long flowering period; and pale orange-colored flowers with reddish orange-colored centers and venation.
