The inventive preparation contains: (A) prothrombin obtained from plasma or by means of genetic engineering (coagulation factor II), (B) coagulation factors V, VIII, IX, X obtained from plasma or by means of genetic engineering, which can be at least partially in the activated state, and coagulation factor Xla obtained from plasma or by means of genetic engineering, and (C) phospholipids which are safe from prions and contribute to the clotting process, said phospholipids being optionally contained in liposomes.
