A method of manufacturing a fuel cell separator, includes the steps of:
preparing a first sheet, which is formed with a main material containing,
therein, expanded graphite material and binder, and a second sheet
configured to face at least one of surfaces which are formed at an outer
edge portion of the first sheet and; arranging the second sheet to
contact with the at least one of surfaces which are formed at the outer
edge portion of the first sheet; and forming a passage on the first sheet
at the same time as pressure-bonding the first sheet and the second sheet
by a pressurizing means.
