The present invention discloses compounds of formula (I) wherein A, n, q, K, W, X, Y; Z, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, and R.sup.6 are as defined herein and their pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use are disclosed as useful for treating dyslipidemia and its sequelae.
