A complex having oxLDL bound covalently to .beta.2-GPI can be used as a standard for measuring a .beta.2-GPI/oxLDL complex in the living body thereby measuring the .beta.2-GPI/oxLDL complex in the living body more accurately and strictly, and can be utilized to provide a new measurement method, detection method, kit etc.
