The pump casing internally forms a pump chamber, in which the rotating member is received, such that the rotating member rotates to pressurize fuel in the pump chamber. The reinforcing member reinforces the pump casing against fluidic force applied to the pump casing. The pump casing is formed of resin. The reinforcing member is insert-formed in the pump casing, so that the reinforcing member is at least partially embedded in the pump casing.
